Isenang Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Start Playing

In this document, "isenang", "we", "Platform", or "website" refers to isenang.vu and all related services. "Player", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the isenang platform.

By registering an account or using any part of the isenang platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all other guidelines published by isenang from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the isenang platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering under your own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period or gaming ban imposed by any relevant authority.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.

Isenang reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Should a player fail to prove their eligibility within the specified period, isenang reserves the right to suspend or close the account in question.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at isenang. Owning multiple accounts — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is a violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for:

Deposit:

General terms that apply to all bonuses at isenang:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have not previously claimed the same bonus.

Isenang reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, balance seizure, and reporting to the relevant authorities, should any of the above conduct be detected or confirmed.

In all circumstances, isenang's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
